Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery for most materials. Delivery availability depends on material type, quantity, and delivery location.
How far do you deliver or ship materials?
We deliver throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and can also arrange shipping for out-of-area or out-of-state projects. Long distance deliveries are typically handled by third-party carriers.
Do you offer less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping?
Yes, LTL shipping may be available for palletized materials depending on the product and destination. Our team can help determine the best shipping option for your order.
How far out are deliveries typically scheduled?
Delivery schedules vary based on demand, season, and truck availability. Our team will provide the earliest available delivery window when your order is placed.
Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
Same-day or next-day delivery may be available in limited situations. Availability depends on material readiness, truck scheduling, and delivery location.
What types of delivery trucks do you use?
We use a variety of delivery trucks depending on the material and order size, including dump trucks and flatbed trucks. Truck size and weight can impact where deliveries can safely be made.
Can your trucks dump or spread material on site?
Dump trucks may be able to spread material while moving forward, depending on site conditions. Final placement is always at the driver’s discretion based on safety and access.
Where can my material be placed during delivery?
We aim to place material as close to the desired location as safely possible. Most residential deliveries are placed in driveways or other easily accessible areas.
Can you place material in my backyard or behind a fence?
In some cases, yes, but access must be safe and unobstructed. All placement decisions are made by the driver to avoid damage to equipment or property.
Are there weight or access requirements for the delivery site?
Yes, delivery sites must support the weight and size of our trucks. Narrow driveways, tight turns, soft ground, or low-clearance areas may limit access.
How should I prepare my delivery area before the truck arrives?
Clear the delivery area of vehicles, obstacles, and overhead obstructions. Marking preferred drop locations can help, but final placement depends on site conditions.
Does someone need to be present for delivery?
A customer does not need to be present for delivery. We will attempt to contact you prior to delivery and may proceed even if we are unable to reach you.
