If a delivery cannot be completed after the truck arrives on site, a re-delivery fee may apply. Driver discretion is final when determining whether a delivery can be made safely.

Bulk material deliveries can be refused prior to dumping. Once material is dumped, removal or relocation may not be allowed and could require hiring a contractor, potentially at additional cost.
